Reiki is similar to Therapeutic Touch in that it is a "hands-on" healing therapy. While Therapeutic Touch uses the energy of the healer and may not always be effective, Reiki uses Universal Life-force Energy and cannot be negated or altered by the giver or receiver. Susan does, however, further enhance Reiki treatments with the concurrent use of crystals, gemstones, singing bowls, Tibetan healing instruments, herbs, essential oils, colour therapy, flower essences or hypnotherapy.

Susan also adds Reiki to all of her bodywork treatments. (see business directory under "Massage")

Susan is a Reiki Master and offers certification courses in all levels of Reiki training. She has trained many people and has initiated several Masters.
